The reason we need Energetic Guidance is to be supported while addressing the energetic modifications our DNA has experienced due to various situations, events, and circumstances we have faced. These modifications were never rectified close to the time they occurred, leading to their entrapment within our consciousness and subconscious mind/body. In some cases, this is compounded by Family System Traits passed down through generations, stemming from ancestors who faced trauma and incurred DNA variations without resolution. 

This divergence manifests as various adaptations within our DNA, resulting in fragmented levels of being that create many consciously unrecognizable bodies of thought within us. These bodies of thought continually seek expression to fulfill their desire for healing and integration. However, the complexity arises when these different parts of our minds process thinking, feeling, and acting, influenced by these DNA factors and the magnetism of our inherited experiences. 

Our conscious mind, which we are aware of, often remains oblivious to these influences in real time. This misalignment with these bodies of thought renders them unrecognizable or even contrasting to our conscious awareness, leading to feelings of being triggered. To alleviate this, I have found that optimizing the energy of these bodies of thought by bringing it into our conscious awareness allows for as much impacted energy as possible to be transmuted, facilitating a healing throughout our timelines.
