The Reason Etheric Healings are done is to treat the Energetic modifications our DNA incurred from the situations events and circumstances that we had to contend with many of which could have been quite traumatic

 These modifications never got to be rectified at any point relatively close enough to when they occurred, which caused it to be trapped within our consciousness  and in some cases, it has been compounded by Family System Traits that were passed down from generation to generation through our DNA from the point that An Ancestor/ Ancestors incurred DNA variations from experiencing Trauma that they had to contend with and never got to resolve 

  What this manifests as, are these different adaptations within our DNA which are basically Fragmented levels of being within us which create many consciously unrecognizable bodies of thought within ourselves that are always attempting to express themselves for the purpose of fulfilling their desire to be healed and integrated with you. However, When it comes to the way the different Parts of our Minds process Thinking, Feeling and Acting on something become more complex because they are being influenced by These DNA Factors, 

Due to the fact that our conscious mind that we are cognizant of is not consciously aware of these influences in real time, The alignment with these Bodies of Thought renders them unrecognizable and/or even contrasting to our conscious minds, causing us to feel Triggered. What I have found to Alleviate this is to Allow as much Impacted Energy of these Bodies of Thought as possible, to be Transmuted
